As a FUSE fellow in the Highlander Institute program Jill Milton refined her coaching skills in blended and personalized learning while working with teachers in and out of her home district of Norwood where she works as the Elementary Mathematics coordinator. Jill has taken her skill set to new levels during the Covid-19 educational disruption leading her district with the implementation of learning management systems and computer based practice programs while continuing to advocate for small group instruction. Jill is passionate about creating opportunities for students to strengthen their ownership of learning.
