Joanne Najarian is the Director of Engagement for ClassLink for the Northeast and Higher Ed. Prior to coming to ClassLink Joanne was the Director of Digital Learning for Andover Public Schools in Andover, MA. Joanne is an enthusiastic educational leader with a strong background in instructional technology, digital learning, UDL, and educator professional development. She frequently speaks at conferences locally and nationally on topics such as 1:1 in the classroom, digital equity, student privacy, UDL, blended and personalized learning. Joanne has played an integral role in implementing and supporting the 1:1 learning initiative in her district. Before entering the world of education Joanne was a computer software engineer. In addition to her work at ClassLink, she is also an adjunct professor for Framingham State University, Joanne facilitates blended and online courses.
