Amy is the Director of the Virtual Education Support Center (VESC) at Northcentral University (NCU) and an Assistant Professor for the School of Education. She has developed doctoral and master’s level courses in Social Emotional Learning (SEL), Curriculum and Teaching, Remote Learning, and is currently collaborating to develop a series of courses focused on Trauma Informed Education Practices which will launch later this year. Amy also consults with schools and districts to lead curriculum development and professional learning for educators. She has worked with educators for over 20 years to integrate SEL into their classrooms and instruction. Amy has served as a District Curriculum Director, Principal, Assistant Principal, Instructional Coach, Teacher, and certified Responsive Classroom presenter. She is a professional development consultant for CPC, a leadership coach, and serves on the Advisory Board. Amy has a PhD in Adult Learning and Leadership.
