Justin Rexing is an AV Systems Design Engineer for Western Kentucky University and is owner of Rexing Consulting Group llc.  He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems and holds a Master’s of Science, both obtained from WKU. He has designed and engineered audiovisual systems for various vertical markets from government, large stadiums, restaurants and to house of worship venues. He creates master plans, RFP’s, bids and other various audiovisual standardization documentation for his clients. Starting his career in the field of networking and software support, Rexing is able to provide a valued perspective to the audiovisual community. Rexing holds various certifications in the industry including Certified Technology Specialist-Design; several general certifications in audiovisual technologies; control system programming; DMC-E-4K and ISF-C. He has served on multiple task forces and committees for InfoComm, including PETC. Rexing has assisted in developing the Networked AV Systems course, the Networking Technology course, and currently holds senior faculty status with InfoComm which he currently teaches How to Effectively Manage AV Staff and Spaces. He has also presented at UBTech12 on standardizing project processes. Being a technology manager along with owning a consulting and integration business, Rexing has a unique vision he can provide for all of his clients.
