Kadion is the Director of Educational Technology for the Oxford Public Schools, a suburban school district of 1,600 students in Central Massachusetts. In his role, he supports the technical, administrative and educational technology functions by providing leadership in technology throughout the school district in the areas of instruction, management and integration. He leads the development and implementation of technology infusion initiatives for the district including the coordination, articulation, implementation, assessment, and oversight of the educational technology and the integration with the PreK-12 curricula.

Prior to his work in Central Office, Kadion was a teacher and administrator in the New York City Public Schools for seven years. Kadion relocated to Sturbridge, Massachusetts in 2011 with his wife Michele, who he met while they were both undergraduates at Middlebury College. When Kadion is not working in Educational Technology, he is often found transporting or coaching one of his three boys on their athletic teams."
