Rick Cave is the director of technology in the West Windsor-Plainsboro Regional School District in West Windsor, N.J. With forty years of experience as a teacher, ed tech coach and director he has been involved with instructional technology from the beginning. He co-founded the New Jersey Educational Technology Coaches (#njetc) to provide technology coaches a platform to share ideas for supporting instruction through the use of technology. Rick has written for various publications and presented at local, and regional conferences focusing on the impact of technology on teaching and learning.
