Future US proudly invites nominations for the Best of Show awards at InfoComm 2025, presented by Sound & Video Contractor, AV Technology, Digital Signage, Installation, Mix, ITPro and Tech & Learning. These awards are intended to honor – and help you promote – outstanding products exhibited at this year's InfoComm Show.

The Best of Show Awards are an independent awards provider, acknowledging the very best on show at this year's InfoComm show, as judged by the editors of the participating publications.

Every product nominated, whether chosen for an award or not, will receive an award nominee badge.
WINNERS
Winning a Best of Show award helps your company be noticed whilst exhibiting at this year's InfoComm.
Promotional coverage for winners will be published on participating brands' websites, in print and promoted in regular weekly and/or monthly newsletters.
A suite of marketing assets to promote the winning nomination/s, including a fully-licensed winner's badge.
Winners will receive a trophy at the show to display their success to InfoComm attendees.

If your product is new or materially updated since June 14, 2024 and being exhibited on the show floor at InfoComm 2025, start telling us about it today!

Enter the exhibiting company's details and information about your product, including a 500-word description, product image and URL.

Submit your entry! After creating your first nomination, you can either choose to submit just the one entry; clone that entry to submit it for another category; or create a new entry for a different product altogether.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The program recognizes outstanding new products exhibited at InfoComm. Entries are judged using your online nomination form and by an on-site panel of independent industry professionals during InfoComm. Judges use both the descriptions provided by you via our nomination form as well as their own anonymous inspection at the convention.

Any company can enter the awards providing their entry meets the following criteria: Products must be new or materially updated since June 14, 2024 and exhibited on the show floor at InfoComm 2025.
Thousands of new products are introduced at InfoComm each year, help make yours stand out. Every product nominated, whether chosen for an award or not, will receive a digital award nominee badge.
Winners will receive a suite of marketing assets to promote winning nomination/s, including a fully-licensed winner's badge. and a trophy to display both during and after the show.
The deadline is 23:59 PST on May 30, 2025.
The cost of each entry is $625.00.
You are able to nominate multiple products and/or into multiple publications. Simply create your first entry and if you would like to enter that same product into a different publication, simply 'duplicate' the entry and change the publication in the duplicated entry to your other chosen publication. Alternatively, if you would like to enter a different product, simply create a new entry after finishing your first. There is no limit to the number of nominations you can enter but please note that each entry will require a separate entry and payment.
A panel of judges and editors - chosen in advance by the editors of our publications - will review nominations and choose the winners on a points score against a range of criteria. Criteria may include but are not limited to, innovation, ease of use, product feature set, perceived value etc. Judges use a combination of on-site inspection and the online nomination information to build their scores.
