Dr. Wanda Terral is a thirty-one year educator and the Chief of Technology for Lakeland School System (TN). A CETL®️ certified leader and 2019 Outstanding TN CTO, Wanda was a Featured Speaker at ISTELive22. A former band director with a Doctorate from the University of Memphis, she focuses on empowering educators through self-directed professional learning. A Google Certified Innovator and Trainer, Wanda is authoring her first book, Fortune Cookie Pedagogy (X-FactorEDU). She serves on the TETA Board as Chair of the Professional Learning & Events Committee and is a member of CoSN, ISTE, and TCEA.
