Tracey Smith earned her undergraduate degree from Valdosta State University.  She went on to receive Master’s degrees in Reading Education as well as Leadership and a Specialist in Curriculum and Instruction. In her 24 years as an educator, she has taught in the classroom, served as an Assistant Principal and also a Principal. She has led both Mashburn Elementary and most currently Brookwood Elementary in Forsyth County, GA.  Her passion is inspiring and empowering teachers so they can inspire and empower their students.  She is the co-author of "Ridiculously Amazing Schools.
