No matter your role, this session will help each participant consider how the skills and mindset of coaching can help make your work and life in schools more impactful, effective, and proactive. Drawing on the collective wisdom of MassCUE’s Coaching in Schools Special Interest Group, this session will work to convince you that, as one of our members put it, “If there was ever a time for coaching, it’s now.” Colleen will make the urgent “why” of coaching concrete by addressing the following five themes: Dignity, Equity, Resilience, Leadership, and Connection. You will leave the session with practical skills that align with each theme as well as with ideas and inspiration for ways you can leverage the power of coaching to make a positive difference in your school community.
