What are the Best of Show Awards at CES?

Back for 2027 with popular demand, the Best of Show Awards at CES (formally the Future Innovation Awards - Best of CES) return to honour the most ground-breaking products and revolutionary services showcased at CES, as selected by Future's leading tech and gaming websites. 
Winners are judged by our expert editors based on descriptions provided by you via the nomination form, and hands on testing where possible. Winners will receive editorial coverage across a range of our leading titles, including TechRadar, T3, Tom's Guide, What Hi-Fi?, Android Central, and more!

The deadline for entering is December 10, 2026. We reserve the right to consider late applicants as circumstances dictate. Please note that on-site nominations are not accepted.

Any company can enter the awards, provided their entry meets the following criteria: Products must be new or materially updated since January 2026 and have a presence at CES 2027.

Previous entrants are welcome to enter this year's program.

Against all the new products introduced at CES each year, help make yours stand out! 

Every winner will be invited to the Future Booth on Wednesday 6 and Thursday 7 January at LVCC during CES to have a photo taken at our branded Step & Repeat and collect a complimentary winners trophy to display their success to show attendees.

In addition to this, all of our winners will receive social & editorial coverage across the platforms of our participating publications.

Yes, each Best of Show entry has a fee of $300.00.

You are able to nominate multiple products and/or into multiple publications. There is no limit to the number of nominations you can enter but please note that each entry will require a separate entry and payment.

A panel of judges and editors will review nominations and choose the winners on a points score against a range of criteria. Criteria may include but are not limited to, innovation, ease of use, product feature set, perceived value etc. Judges use the information shared in the online nomination form to build their scores. Judges may request access to the products to validate judging either in advance of CES or at the show, but this is not guaranteed.

All winners will be announced via email before 12 noon (PT) January 6, 2027. Winners will be invited to the Future Booth at the show to receive their complimentary trophies, have photos taken at our Award Winner Step & Repeat and meet some of the Future team.
