What is the date and timings for Decanter Fine Wine Encounter NYC?
The one-day event will be on Saturday, June 10, 2023. Ticket registration opens at 10:30 am and Grand Tasting doors open at 11 am and close at 5 pm. If you have booked a masterclass, please refer to the timings of your chosen masterclass.
If I purchase a Grand Tasting ticket, will I be able to access the Masterclass room?
Masterclass tickets are sold separately to Grand Tasting tickets and places are strictly limited.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
Once payment has been processed your booking is confirmed.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be given if we are notified at least 30 days before the event date. If you wish to cancel within 30 days of the event, we will be unable to refund your ticket. You are welcome to transfer your ticket to another guest, please contact email@example.com
Please note: if a group ticket (6 tickets for the price of 5) is to be refunded, you will only be refunded for the 5 tickets paid for, in accordance with our usual policy. Ticket 6 is non-refundable.

Are there any age restrictions?
Strictly over 21s. No children will be admitted including babies-in-arms. Decanter reserves the right to refuse admission to any attendee.
What is the dress code?
Dress is smart casual. No shorts permitted.
If I purchase a masterclass ticket, will I be able to access the Grand Tasting?
You must have a Grand Tasting ticket in order to access the Grand Tasting room. Masterclass tickets are sold separately to Grand Tasting tickets.
When will I receive my e-tickets?
You will receive an e-ticket closer to the event (approximately 10 days before). Each guest needs an e-ticket so please make sure you update the guest information with a valid email address.
Will there be an opportunity to purchase lunch?
We will providing some options for lunch at the venue and details will be announced soon on the Plan Your Day page. On the day, you will be provided with a wristband so you will be able to leave the building for lunch if you wish.
Will there by filming/photographers at the event?
Please be aware that by attending this event, you consent to you being filmed and/or photos of you being taken, without compensation. This recorded media will be made available online at decanter.com and across various social media platforms and used for promotional purposes. By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.
