Eliot’s firm, THE BLEGROUP merged with Public Consulting Group, PCG, a large education consultancy in May 2016 to have a broader reach and impact across the country during the period that technology integration is central to the effectiveness of American schools.
Eliot founded the BLEgroup in 1994 to do technology planning for School systems. The group has grown to over 200 leading educational Decision makers who believe that education effectiveness in the digital age depends on

-The capacity of school systems to integrate technology
The BLEgroup works with both the industry and investment community to develop, implement and pilot products and with Schools to integrate technology for effective educational engagement and management efficiency. The BLEgroup is particularly focused on the 90% of school districts with under 7,000 students and 65% of the student population, and the firms who market to them . The group believes that this part of the market can benefit from consulting services.

Before Starting the BLEgroup Levinson had a broad background in K12 education, Technology and organizational consulting including experience as an educator, technology consulting and organizational change consultant.
