The seventh-annual Residential Systems Stellar Service Awards will honor manufacturers and distributors for their exceptional customer service and communication, sales and marketing support, training programs, warranty policies, website, and more.
Services in the following categories can be nominated:
- Customer Service/General Communications
- Dealer Programs
- Sales/Marketing Support
- Shipping/Freight Policies
- Training Programs
- Warranty/Return Policy/Tech Support
- Web Portal/Online Tools
Contest Details
Each company can nominate itself for as many categories as it wishes for $250 per entry. All entries will be posted online and voted on by Residential Systems readers during a two-week judging period. The top three vote getters in each category will be awarded Platinum, Gold, or Silver honors.
The deadline for submissions is December 20, 2019, 11:59 PM ET. ($250/product)
Winners will be contacted in December and profiled in the January 2020 issue of Residential Systems magazine.

Any manufacturer or distributor that offers service programs in the award program’s categories, which are Customer Service/General Communications; Dealer Programs; Sales/Marketing Support; Shipping/Freight Policies; Training Programs; Warranty/Return Policy/Tech Support; and Web Portal/Online Tools.
You work hard on your service programs and you deserve recognition for it. Plus it is the chance to stand out from your competitors.
