Bagirathi Narayanan is a seasoned business technology executive with deep expertise in product–platform strategy, architecture, engineering, experience leading enterprise-scale digital transformation for large banks, financial services, and insurance companies, infusing emerging technologies. Currently, she serves as the Chief Technology Architect at Teladoc Health, the global leader in whole-person virtual care, where she is responsible for leading the company’s enterprise architecture practice. She also spearheads Innovation with AI, taking a measured approach towards harnessing the power the AI for amplifying Digital Health ecosystem.  Previously, Narayanan served as Global Head of Digital Workspace at Citrix. Prior to that, she led enterprise architecture strategy at MetLife, where she spearheaded innovation initiatives, ingraining work culture transformation with habitual and high impact innovation.
