Currently, he heads EXL's Advanced Digital Solutions practice which incubates, takes to market and scales-up AI and cloud solutions that solve large industry problems. His portfolio includes hyper-growth solutions for intelligent document processing, digital debt collections, enabling smart customer conversations, automated quality & monitoring and lending-in-a-box. He is also part of the executive leadership team of EXL Digital, a high growth business that is focused on helping clients become data-led by delivering digital operations and digital transformation services and products.
