Genevieve Oudar is a leader in Deloitte's Strategy and Analytics practice. She has over twenty years of experience in the areas of program management, full life-cycle system development, data management and analytics and program transformation.  Ms. Oudar has led multiple teams to successfully deliver systems implementation and integration services across multiple industries spanning higher-education, commercial and federal clients. She’s led teams to successfully support Agencies to stand up infrastructure grant and safety programs requiring strategic planning, technology data, and analytics development.  Most recently she is managing a portfolio of AI and analytics projects addressing infrastructure grants management, rail safety, mobility, and international affairs mission requirements.
