Hosted alongside a Decanter regional editor, this is your chance to engage directly with the people shaping the world of fine wine, in a relaxed and convivial setting. Highlights include Nicolás Catena Zapata 2004 (magnum), poured by Laura Catena herself, and Pahlmeyer’s ultra-premium, limited-production Pièce de Résistance Cabernet Sauvignon 2023, presented by Napa Valley rising star, Katie Vogt.

This exclusive lunch celebrates the subtlety, finesse, and character of Niagara’s top vineyard sites, bringing each Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vividly to life.
