Napa pioneer Heitz Cellar is regarded as America’s first ‘cult’ winery. Founded in 1961 by Joe and Alice Heitz, it quickly earned a reputation as a top-tier producer, with Cabernet Sauvignon as the driving force.

This Masterclass will feature ten wines spanning five decades, from three of Heitz’s iconic single vineyards. Master Sommelier and Heitz Cellar CEO Carlton McCoy will guide guests through a tasting of historic vintages drawn directly from the winery’s cellar, including selections from the 2010s, 2000s, 1990s and 1980s, right back to 1979. Guests will taste how terroir, winemaking craft, and time play their part in world-class Napa Valley Cabernet.
